At PlatTiQue, we currently offer store credit only for eligible returns. We do not issue refunds back to the original payment method.

Eligible items returned within our return window, unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached, may be approved for store credit equal to the purchase price of the returned merchandise.

Store credit allows you to exchange your selection for something better suited to your style while helping us maintain the quality and exclusivity of our collections.

Please note that final sale, custom, made-to-order, and certain specialty items may not be eligible for return or store credit.
