PlatTiQue is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Force majeure events

Risk of loss transfers once the carrier takes possession.

9. Custom Orders

All custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale.

Custom orders require approval of design details before production.

Deposits on custom orders are non-refundable.

(Important for PlatKouture/prom & bridal.)

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlatTiQue shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use of the website
  • Product use
  • Order delays
  • Service interruptions

Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes
  • Submit false information
  • Upload harmful code
  • Harass or abuse others through the site

Violations may result in termination of access.

12. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact us first regarding any order issue before initiating chargebacks.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in refusal of future service.
