Welcome to PlatTiQue. Below is our shipping policy regarding order processing, delivery, and shipping terms.


Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after order confirmation.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.

During launches, collection drops, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended.


Domestic Shipping

We offer domestic shipping within the United States.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.


International Shipping

We may offer international shipping to select countries.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees
  • Duties
  • Import taxes
  • Additional delivery charges imposed by destination countries

PlatTiQue is not responsible for customs delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight
  • Destination
  • Carrier rates
  • Shipping method selected

Promotional free shipping offers, if available, apply only to qualifying orders.

Example:

  • Free U.S. shipping on orders over $150

(Use a threshold that protects margin.)


Order Tracking

Once shipped, tracking information will be sent via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order has not yet been processed, contact us immediately at support@plattique.com to request changes.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, PlatTiQue is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Carrier delays
  • Delivery exceptions

Customers should file claims directly with the shipping carrier when applicable.

(Important protection clause—keep it.)


Marked Delivered Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

  • Check with neighbors/building management
  • Contact your carrier
  • File a carrier claim

PlatTiQue is not responsible for packages marked delivered.


Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately.

You will receive tracking updates for each shipment if applicable.


Preorders

Preorder items have separate shipping timelines listed on product pages.

If your order contains preorder and in-stock items, items may ship separately or together at our discretion.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at:
