PlatTiQue Return Policy

Returns

We accept returns for eligible full-price merchandise within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange only.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • Tags attached
  • Returned in original packaging

Items showing wear, fragrance, makeup, stains, or alteration will not be accepted.


Final Sale

All of the following are final sale:

  • Custom and made-to-order designs
  • Limited edition collections
  • Sale markdowns
  • Accessories
  • Bodysuits, lingerie and swim
  • All footwear
  • Special occasion / event wear
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

Size exchanges are accepted once, subject to inventory availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, store credit will be issued.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@plattique.com with photos and order information.

Approved claims may be resolved by replacement, exchange, or refund.


Store Credit

Approved returns are issued as digital store credit.

Store credit does not expire.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

A 10% restocking fee may apply to approved returns.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase only.

After processing begins, orders cannot be canceled.
